Portrait commissions
Prices start at NOK 2900,-
Here is everything you need to know about commissioning a portrait from me.
You might have a loved one, either a person or a pet, that you would like to have a portrait of. And I would love to make that happen. Many people also order portraits as gifts for birthdays, weddings, etc.
The most important thing is that you have a variety of photos of your subject to show me. I will help you crop and find a good composition for the finished work.
Take a look also at the different paintings I have included below, as I do different styles of painting. It's important that you choose the one that you like best. I paint on paper, board or canvas, and will be glad to help you choose what is right for you.
Does this sound interesting? Send me an e-mail at support@elisabethsvendby.com, so we can start the conversation. I can give you some price options as well, to fit your budget.

Almost full figure can describe situations and activities, which might be nice.
This is painted in oils on japanese washi paper. Easy to ship flat or rolled depending on size, but must be framed and matted behind glass.

A pet portrait, either close up or full body, is a great thing to have. This might also be a nice present to somebody who lost their pet. This is Pixel, my Norwegian Forest cat. He died 6 years ago. |

Having the animal in a resting pose like this, can be just as nice as it can remind us of a happy and relaxed pet.
I love this pose, and it's of my current dog Freja.
